How To Renew and Pay Your Membership Application Online
Go to the Members Only section and click the link at the top, “Renew My Membership”.
Fill in the form. NOTE: On the form you can indicate if you are paying online or mailing in a check. I did a lot of research into online payment companies to find one that is reputable and trustworthy (one of the reasons this took so long). We are using Square. You may have heard of them. A lot of people at places like trade shows, comic con, Saturday Market, etc, use their little square device they plug into their phone to read your credit card. We also have this and can now take credit card payments at rehearsals! They are a very good company, so you can feel 100% safe paying your membership via credit card. If you ARE going to mail in your check, it MUST be received by the February 17th deadline in order for you to participate in the band this year.
When you press the submit button at the bottom of the Membership Renewal Application, a new page will display showing a link to the online payment. Click that link.
Fill in your information: Full Name, Email, Phone, Card Number, Card Details. Then click the big green “Place Order” button.
You will be given a confirmation screen.
At this point you’re done. You can print this if you’d like or just close the web page. You’ll also see this:
If you WANT to create an account so next year you can login and it has all your info, you can. But if it were me, since I will only be using this once a year, I’d just forget about this.
