Here are a bunch of photos I took in Florence.  Again, a great time, great parade, great people!  Looking forward to doing it again next year!

We had a great time! The weather cooperated and it was about perfect. Here are some photos.

1) Florence

• Buses leave Whitford at 6:30AM
• Arrive Siuslaw M.S. approx. 9:30
• Parade begins at 12pm
• OMT is #68 in the line up
• Hot Dogs/Drinks at the end of the Parade
• We will depart Florence exactly two hours after we reach the end of the parade or @ 5PM, whichever comes first. Have fun it town, but, not so much that you can’t make it back up the hill in time!!!!!!
• Arrive at Whitford approx. 8:30PM

2) OMT PINS
If anyone buys an OMT blinky pin and has trouble with it please let me Jay know.  We still have PRFF pins for $5 and OMT pins for $8

3) Rehearsals
One more rehearsal at Whitford Thursday May 26th and then we move to Lincoln H.S. for our June 2nd rehearsal running through Marching and Stand Still performance.

4) June 4th Concert
Meet at the Salmon Springs Fountain no later than 2:30PM. We will start positioning the band beginning at 2:30. Performance begins at 3PM and lasts approx. 30 minutes.

5) Busing - IMPORTANT
We are not using any buses to shuttle members to the formation areas for either Starlight or Grand Floral.
Due to high fuel cost and rate increases. It is not economically feasible to provide busing any longer. MAX is a few blocks North of Lincoln for GFP and it is a gentle downhill walk to the Starlight formation area.

7) Donations
Thanks to the OMT members who donated seats on the buses to Florence for those who could not afford to go. Bravo!!!!!

This season is going by extremely fast, Mary & I are trying to have fun amidst all the work that is involved. We appreciate everyone being a part of this organization and are thankful to all the members who are going out of their way to make this year special for us!!!!

Welcome to the new One More Time Around Again Marching Band Website!  You should still be able to find all of the old information, though if you had any links pointing to specific pages (like http://www.omtaamb.org/schedule.html), those won’t work anymore.  For those curious, I have redone this using WordPress because it makes it very easy for non-programmers to add, edit, and delete pages, among other things.  Now when the staff wants to do something, they can do it without relying on one person who might not be available or have the time.
